Coach logic, pilot feeling.
I have raced and I read the data — most coaches only do one. I call my approach Parametric Coaching: every programme runs the same loop — steady the mind, read the lap, tune the car, measure the gain — tuned variable by variable until the clock agrees.

Steady the Mind

Reset protocols, focus under pressure, race-day mindset. The fast lap starts before the helmet goes on.

Read the Lap

Balance, pressures, seat position. The car gets shaped around the driver, not the other way round.

Every change is logged against the clock. If the number doesn't move, we keep working.
Hybrid method — I cross-check the data against what the car actually told me at speed. That is the part a spreadsheet can't coach.

About the Programme
Sim-first, data-driven, human-centred.
Every driver I work with starts with simulation — Assetto Corsa Competizione for GT and touring, real-car sim for drift and circuit. Sim is not a substitute for the real car; it is the fastest and safest way to build the mental map and procedural habits that transfer directly to the track.
The programme covers driving technique, tyre setup, data reading, mental reset protocols, and race strategy. Coaching sessions are logged and tracked across SA rating, lap time progression, and qualitative session notes — 140+ sessions documented so far.

Questions
Does remote coaching actually work?
Yes. Most of the gain comes from reading the data correctly and changing the right thing. With your video, telemetry and feedback, I find it the same way I would trackside.
Do you coach sim racers?
Absolutely — sim is where most of my drivers start. ACC, Assetto Corsa and iRacing data all work, and the habits transfer to the real car.
What data do I need to send?
Onboard video and any logged data you have (AiM, MyChron, sim telemetry). No data yet? Send the video and we start there.
How fast is the turnaround?
Reports come back within a few days. Event-weekend support is arranged around your race schedule.
Which disciplines?
Sim, karting, drift and track-day / circuit. The method — mind, data, car, measured gain — is the same across all of them.
